#WINTER SEASON Rental Management Officer M/F - ALPE D'HUEZ
As part of a reinforcement for the 2026/2027 winter season, we are recruiting a Rental Management Officer M/F on a fixed-term contract (CDD) to start from early November until the end of April.
Reporting to the Rental Manager of ALPE D'HUEZ, your main missions will be as follows:
- For the commercial part
- Proceed with the preparation of rental contracts.
- Prospecting tenant clients, sales of stays, follow-ups with clients/prospects.
- Ensure relationships with colleagues and the employer's partners.
- Manage TO and individual rental options.
- Manage the rental planning: monitoring of reservations.
- For the management part
- Ensure the upkeep of the agency.
- Ensure the classic secretarial work of the agency (mail, filing...).
- Enter options and contracts into the reservation software.
- Follow up on contract balances. Preparation of arrivals / concierge services during the clients' stay.
- For the Reception part
- Ensure the reception of clients within the agency and over the phone.
- Ensure the establishment and administrative follow-up of client files for tenants and owners.
- Accompany clients for property viewings for rent.
- Conduct property visits for the purpose of providing rental estimations.
