General Housekeeper ATMOSPHERE Residence M/F - Fixed-term Contract (M/F)

We are recruiting a General Housekeeper for ATMOSPHERE Residence M/F on a fixed-term contract until April 2027. Within a residence located in Courchevel comprising 19 apartments & suites offering luxury services while guaranteeing the comfort and privacy of guests. You will report to the Residence Manager and will evolve within a dynamic team of 10 people.

Your main missions: You will contribute to developing the quality and brand image of the residence, while maintaining and improving the quantitative objectives of your department.

• Actively contribute through your daily actions to the operational excellence aimed for by the establishment
• Participate in the definition and implementation of the department's strategy
• Scheduling: organize and ensure the daily follow-up of the missions of the entire department, control compliance with hygiene and safety
• Organize the cleaning of all rooms, premises, and common areas
• Control the work performed
• Control the consumption of cleaning products and guest amenities in accordance with established ratios
• Ensure purchasing and stock management for the department
• Update and analyze dashboards: room status, linen stocks, guest amenities stocks, staff scheduling, and implement any necessary corrective actions
• Know the services offered by the Residence and communicate them to your team in order to guarantee a unique customer experience
• Lead, support, and mobilize teams around the customer experience
• Ensure close coordination with the technical department, particularly regarding works and interventions
• Ensure the well-being of guests and your team
