#WINTER SEASON Rental Management Officer M/F - VAL D'ISERE (M/F)
As part of a reinforcement for the 2026/2027 winter season, we are recruiting a Rental Management Officer M/F on a fixed-term contract (CDD) to start from early November until early May.
Reporting to the Rental Manager of the VAL D'ISERE agency and working in close collaboration with the entire team, your main missions will be as follows:
- For the commercial part
- Proceed with the drafting of rental contracts.
- Prospecting tenant clients, selling stays, following up with clients/prospects.
- Ensuring relationships with colleagues and the employer's partners.
- Managing TO and individual rental options.
- Managing the rental planning: monitoring reservations.
- For the management part
- Ensuring the upkeep of the agency.
- Ensuring the classic secretarial duties of the agency (mail, filing...).
- Entering options and contracts into the reservation software.
- Following up on contract balances. Preparation of arrivals / concierge services during the clients' stay.
- For the Reception part
- Ensuring client reception within the agency and over the phone.
- Ensuring the establishment and administrative follow-up of client files for tenants and owners.
- Accompanying clients for property viewings for rent.
- Conducting property visits for the purpose of providing rental estimations.
