Decision Developer Analyst / BI Data Engineer (M/F)
As part of our development, we are recruiting several Decision Developer Analysts / BI Data Engineers (M/F) to work with our clients (large accounts, ESN, and integrators) on Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, and digital transformation projects, in Île-de-France and throughout the national territory.
Your main missions Design, develop, and maintain high-performance decision-making solutions that meet business needs. Develop, industrialize, and optimize ETL/ELT data flows as well as decision-making processes. Design data models, Data Warehouses, Data Marts, and Data Lakes adapted to business challenges. Develop dashboards, reports, and management indicators to support decision-making. Participate in migration projects to Cloud platforms and continuous improvement processes for Data architectures. Guarantee the quality, performance, security, and availability of decision-making processes. Technical skills sought
ETL, Data Integration, and Data Engineering: Mastery of Talend, SSIS, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Azure Data Factory, Informatica, DataStage, dbt, or equivalents, with a good knowledge of ETL/ELT architectures.
Business Intelligence and Reporting: Solid experience with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SSAS, SSRS, Business Objects (SAP BO), IBM Cognos, as well as good mastery of DAX, Power Query, and data visualization tools.
Databases and development: Excellent mastery of SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, MySQL, with expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Transact-SQL, as well as Python, Shell, and PowerShell for development and process automation.
Data Modeling and Architecture: Good knowledge of PowerDesigner (PowerAMC), UML, dimensional models (Kimball), Data Vault, and Data Warehouse, Data Lake, and Lakehouse architectures.
Cloud, DataOps, and Artificial Intelligence
Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform, as well as Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Git, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
Practice with AI assistants (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini) is appreciated to accelerate SQL development, process automation, technical documentation generation, and data analysis.
Profile sought
You possess solid experience in decision-making projects and Data environments, with a good understanding of the business challenges in the Banking, Insurance, Finance, Industry, Energy, Telecommunications, Health, or Retail sectors.
