Project Supervisor

Direct and organize site labor, trade crews, and subcontractors to keep daily tasks aligned with the short-term construction schedule. Read, interpret, and implement structural blueprints, shop drawings, and technical specifications, ensuring field execution matches engineering designs. Conduct routine checks on workmanship and materials to eliminate defects, ensure structural compliance, and prepare for statutory building inspections. Enforce workplace safety and health (WSH) standards, conduct daily toolbox meetings, and ensure all workers wear proper PPE and follow safe work procedures. Monitor daily material deliveries, tool inventory, and heavy machinery utilization to minimize waste and prevent project downtime. Maintain accurate daily site diaries, logs, and worker attendance tracking, reporting any delays or technical hitches to the Project Manager immediately.
