Responsibilities and duties

• Coordinate the search for new partners and the relationship with national and international suppliers, evaluating production capacity, quality, costs, and delivery deadlines.
• Translate Style and Product guidelines into viable solutions for raw materials and trims, connecting creative demands to the technical possibilities of the textile market.
• Coordinate the supply flow of materials for development, showroom, atelier, and production, ensuring that deliveries occur on time.
• Monitor and operationalize purchasing strategies (volume consolidation and batch negotiations), seeking cost optimization and mitigating risks of stockouts.
• Monitor, together with the Quality area, whether the delivered materials meet the technical, performance, sustainability, and compliance standards required by the brands.
• Control raw material stocks, coordinating reuse actions, surplus management, and loss reduction in the chain.
• Ensure the correct registration of materials in internal systems, keeping the area's performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards updated to support decision-making.
• Lead, guide, and support the technical development of the Raw Material operational team, promoting a collaborative environment integrated with other areas (Development, Planning, and Quality).

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed higher education in Textile Engineering, Fashion, Production Engineering, Administration, or related fields.
• Consolidated experience in purchasing, development, and/or sourcing of textile raw materials, with experience in leadership positions of projects or teams.
• Mastery of the textile chain (spinning, knitting, weaving, finishing, and trims processes). Experience with supplier management and national and international strategic negotiation.
• Fluent English for negotiation and international sourcing, including participation in international fairs and prospecting of new materials.
