BEAUTICIAN

Key Responsibilities

• Provide beauty treatments such as facials, skin care treatments, body treatments, waxing, and other services offered by the salon/spa.
• Conduct consultations with customers to understand their beauty needs and recommend suitable treatments and products.
• Perform treatments professionally and safely according to company procedures and service standards.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms, equipment, and work areas.
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and products before and after each appointment.
• Explain treatment procedures, aftercare instructions, and recommended home-care products to customers.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide courteous and professional customer service.
• Assist with general salon/spa duties when required.
• Follow workplace safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times.
• Meet service quality and customer satisfaction standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Beautician or Beauty Therapist is an advantage.
• Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service oriented and able to build good relationships with clients.
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, or shifts when required.
• Responsible, punctual, reliable, and willing to learn.
