Senior Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch. Supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity and compliance with procedures. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation of all stock movements. Conduct and supervise regular stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies. Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excesses, damages, and variances promptly. Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, and Finance departments on stock-related activities. Ensure warehouse security and safeguard company inventory against loss, damage, theft, or unauthorized access. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and warehouse SOPs. Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and maintained to required operational standards.

Requirements:

Minimum of an HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of relevant warehouse/inventory experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Professional certification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, or a related discipline is an added advantage. Experience in phone accessories, electronics, and FMCG is highly desirable. Proficiency in ERP management systems. Excellent leadership and team-management abilities. Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines. Strong organizational and time-management skills. High level of integrity, accountability, and responsibility. Ability to work effectively under pressure
