To provide services to customers with the maximum efficiency and cost effectiveness
Programming of Fire Alarm Panels and Systems: Configure and program fire alarm control panels, addressable devices, and related systems (e.g., Siemens, Honeywell, Notifier).
System Testing and Commissioning: Conduct functional and acceptance testing of integrated fire protection systems, and debug software-related issues in the field.
Fire System Design & Integration: Design, implement, and maintain fire detection, suppression, and alarm systems in compliance with local and international standards
To assist in proposing, and recommending contracts to customers
To assist service dept and promote the renewal of existing contracts
To identify and promote system upgrades to customer as and when required
To perform preventive/corrective maintenance and periodic inspection on Fire Protection System at client's premises.
Solve complex issues and restore the client’s system operation
To provide regular feedback to customers and the Company on project progress and to ensure that excellent communication is delivered.
To ensure that all project administration is carried out efficiently and effectively and to produce management data and reports if required.
Coordinate with subcontractors on job progress.
To conduct regular training to corporate customer was when required.

Qualifications & Competencies The incumbent should possess: -

Higher NITEC/Diploma in Engineering/IT/Building Technology or related discipline
A minimum of 2 years' experience in fire protection system
Basic understanding of fire alarm system programming
Foundational skills in cable troubleshooting and device connectivity
Working knowledge of AutoCAD for drafting and interpreting drawings
