Your tasks
About the Role A renowned Nigeria-based restaurant is hiring a hybrid Digital Inventory / Customer Care Specialist. This is a unique role for a detail-oriented professional who loves data accuracy but also enjoys helping people. You will be responsible for the “Live Stock” seen on the mobile app, ensuring inventory is always accurate. Simultaneously, you will manage our loyalty program and resolve customer inquiries.
What You’ll Do
- Execute daily “Morning Counts” and update our ERP dashboard.
- Proactively monitor Low Stock alerts and coordinate with the kitchen.
- Manage the loyalty program (approving reviews, adjusting points).
- Resolve customer complaints regarding app glitches, missing points, or stock issues.
- Reconcile physical stock with system records and report variances.
- Maintain basic bookkeeping records for stock movements.
- Protect customer data and handle complaints with confidentiality.
Requirements
Essential
- Experience in inventory management, data entry, or customer support.
- Proficiency with Excel/ERP systems and excellent attention to detail.
- A customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- HND/BSc preferred in Accounting, Business Administration, Inventory Management, or related field.
- Basic bookkeeping/stock reconciliation knowledge.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Odoo, Zoho) preferred.
- Availability for shifts and weekend stock counts as required.
- High integrity and accuracy in stock records.
