Our client is a leading global luxury jewellery brand seeking an experienced Field Coach to join its Singapore team. Key Responsibilities Coach and develop retail teams to deliver exceptional client experiences. Partner with Store Leaders to identify performance gaps and implement coaching plans. Observe sales-floor interactions and provide constructive feedback. Plan and facilitate training, onboarding and learning initiatives. Track coaching progress and measure impact on commercial performance. Support leadership development and foster a strong coaching culture. Requirements Experience in luxury or premium retail, preferably in a coaching, training or leadership role. Strong coaching, facilitation and communication skills. Commercially minded with a passion for developing people. Confident, inspiring and able to influence multiple stakeholders. Location: Singapore Industry: Luxury Jewellery
