After Sales Medewerker Machines
As an After Sales Medewerker, you are the first point of contact for customers who have questions about parts, service, and maintenance of our machines for mushroom cultivation. You combine technical research with commercial activities and ensure that customers are helped quickly and professionally. You will also use technical drawings or material lists to determine what a customer needs for the maintenance of their machines or installations. You do not need to be an expert in technical drawings yet. However, you must enjoy figuring out how machines are constructed. We will teach you step-by-step how to arrive at the correct part using drawings, bills of materials, and colleagues.
Activities Advising customers on spare parts and service solutions
Preparing and following up on quotes for spare parts
Processing orders and monitoring delivery times
Technically researching which parts are required for a service request
Maintaining contact with customers, suppliers, and transporters
Identifying sales opportunities and contributing to optimal customer satisfaction
Occasionally assisting your colleagues with picking and packing service orders
A technical inside sales role for someone who enjoys customer contact but does not want to sit behind a screen all day

We are primarily looking for the right person who fits the company. Additionally, it is nice if you possess the following qualities:
Affinity with machine building or industrial installations
Work experience in a sales role or in another position where you had a lot of contact with customers
Commercial mindset and customer-oriented attitude
Good communication skills
In addition to Dutch, your English is also fluent
Experience in a technical inside sales, service, or spare parts role is, of course, a great advantage, but not a requirement
Flexible attitude; you don't mind rolling up your sleeves and doing physical work every now and then
