IT Officer

Responsibilities:

Ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of all computer systems, networks, software, and technical equipment at the CBT Centre. Setting up and maintaining computers and other devices Troubleshooting technical issues Supporting CBT examinations Monitoring network connectivity.

Requirements:

A minimum of OND/HND, BSC in Computer Science   A minimum of  1-2 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in a CBT center  Strong Knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, networking and troubleshooting  Ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues in CBT examinations
