A brand new **** hotel with 93 rooms opened in March 2022, ideally located at the Gates of Geneva, equipped with a large cozy Bar - Breakfast space, a high-tech fitness room, meeting rooms dedicated to business tourism, associated with the restaurant Les Cocottes de Christian Constant, we wish to strengthen our F&B team.

Under the responsibility of the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be in charge of:

• Welcoming and offering guests attentive service in order to provide them with a privileged moment throughout the day

. Welcoming and serving customers at breakfast, setting up the buffet, ensuring its qualitative and quantitative supply . Serving staying and outside customers at the hotel Bar all types of consumption: cafeteria, snacking, cocktail . Maintaining and energizing your food and beverage point of sale: cash handling, stock management

• Ensuring the cleanliness of the dining areas and spaces, as well as your presentation
• Ensuring the setting and clearing of tables with all necessary care
• Respecting the hygiene and safety procedures related to your department
• Offering a unique and authentic experience to guests in compliance with AC Hotel brand standards
