QA ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO standards.
• Support internal and external audits and maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications.
• Manage supplier quality and follow up on quality issues and Corrective Action Reports (CAR).
• Coordinate and facilitate customer audits with the Sales and Project teams.
• Monitor calibration schedules and ensure measuring equipment is calibrated on time.
• Perform daily visual, outgoing and final product inspections.
• Prepare and maintain quality reports and records.
• Support the investigation and resolution of customer and supplier quality issues.
• Provide engineering support when required.
• Perform other quality-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Experience in maintaining and auditing management systems; Internal Quality Auditor certification is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Good team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
