- Control and manage the IPQC team to perform duties according to quality standards
- Inspect and monitor product quality during the production process
- Analyze quality problems and follow up on corrective and preventive actions
- Allocate manpower, assign tasks, and monitor team performance
- Coordinate with relevant departments to improve quality and production efficiency
- Prepare reports and summarize quality inspection results
Qualifications: Age 28-35 years old At least 3 years of experience in QC/IPQC/QA Experience in quality work within a factory (Quality Control / Quality Assurance) Knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949 Able to use problem-solving tools such as 7 QC Tools, 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone Able to read Drawings and use measuring tools (Vernier, Micrometer, etc.) Detail-oriented and able to work well in a team Able to communicate in English (Chinese language skills will be specially considered)
