CI engineer/Process Improvement Engineer (Lean Manufacturing)

Responsibilities:

• Participation in the implementation and development of the integrated lean manufacturing program based on TPM (Total productive maintenance);
• Participation in the work of pillars;
• Implementation of projects to reduce washing and changeover times based on the SMED methodology;
• Implementation of projects to reduce production costs and reduce material waste;
• Development of a continuous improvement culture at the factory.

Requirements:

• Experience in food production is an advantage;
• At least 1 year of experience in the field of lean manufacturing;
• Knowledge of the SMED methodology and experience in its use;
• Knowledge and skill in using lean manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, RCA);
• Skills in managing and leading improvement projects (waste reduction);
• Knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and experience in its implementation in production is an advantage;
• English level – intermediate.
