BD engineer / project engineer

Our candidate:

• Develops and implements capital investment projects for the modernization of utility areas and the infrastructure of the Chipta Saint Petersburg factory from idea to commissioning;
• Performs situational analysis regarding the project object, develops technical and organizational solutions for the project, and coordinates them with the Project Team, including internal clients/initiators (customers) of the project;
• Formulates and prepares investment requests and, upon approval of investments, implements the project;
• Carries out full coordination of all actions/activities for the project during its development and implementation stages between the functions/departments of the enterprise (Production, Technical Department, Production Planning and Logistics Department, Quality Control Department, Occupational Health and Safety Department, and others), between the Chipta Saint Petersburg factory Team and other functions of the group of companies (R D, Procurement, planning HUB, PCM, Regional/Global Engineering, Quality), including preparing and managing project meetings, organizing regular Project Team meetings, and informing factory management about the project status;
• Conducts preliminary selection of potential equipment or service suppliers for projects within his/her responsibility;
• Maintains cost accounting and monitors budget compliance for projects. In case of deviations from the original budget, prepares and initiates a project change request or a request for additional funding;
• Draws up project execution schedules and monitors their completion by all performers;
• Processes the necessary permit documentation for contracting organizations to perform work on projects;
• Monitors the deadlines and quality of work execution, the compliance of materials, products, and equipment with the project solution, and the elimination of non-conformities (if any) within the established timeframes;
• Ensures that installed equipment and the implementation of investment projects (both by own forces and by third parties) comply with current legislation on occupational health, environment, fire and industrial safety, safety policies, GMP, HACCP, S E, ISO;
• Fully supports the document flow for ordered works, services, equipment, and components; coordinates the completion of documentation processes to ensure final payment to suppliers and the commissioning of installed facilities.

We expect:

• Higher education;
• Knowledge of English (Intermediate level and above);
• At least three years of experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of equipment in the fields of: Steam systems (boilers, steam pipelines), HVAC, hot water supply, cold water supply, hot water supply, chiller equipment;
• Experience interacting with supervisory authorities: design, implementation, and commissioning of hazardous production facilities and supervised equipment; Knowledge of food safety standards, GMP, and HACCP;
• Developed communication skills and leadership qualities;
• Knowledge of technological and production processes;
• PC skills: MS Word, MS Еxcel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, AutoCad;
• Knowledge of Sanitary-hygienic design principles for equipment.
