Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations and sales of the outlet
Supervise the sales team in terms of customer service and product knowledge
Ensure standards for grooming, housekeeping and displays are met
Handle and resolve customer feedback and complain
Perform indoor sales, merchandising and cashiering duties
Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managerial position
Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
Dynamic, positive, proactive and customer-focused
Candidate with retail or jewellery experience is an added advantage
Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holiday
