SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Your tasks

• Greet and consult walk-in customers at the showroom, understanding their home interior needs, style preferences, and budget

• Present and recommend Oppein products (kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, and whole-house solutions) with clear product knowledge

• Generate new leads through referrals, networking, field visits, and follow-up calls

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts in line with company pricing and policies

• Follow up on leads and pending quotations to convert prospects into confirmed orders

• Coordinate with the design and installation teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction

• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity reports in the CRM/system

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Represent Oppein at trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events as required

• Gather market and competitor intelligence to support pricing and product strategies
