Chief Project Director

Your tasks

• Lead and oversee the overall planning, execution and delivery of the various projects.
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the project management team.
• Ensure project completion within stipulated timelines, budgets, quality and safety standards.
• Liaise with LTA, consultants, subcontractors and relevant authorities.
• Oversee contractual, technical, operational and resource management matters.
• Ensure compliance with LTA requirements and statutory regulations.

Requirements

• Proven track record in managing large-scale tunnelling or underground construction projects.
• Strong leadership, project management, contractual and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior experience in a senior project leadership role is highly preferred.
