Accounts Executive

Responsibilities Manage daily accounting operations to ensure accurate financial records and compliance with statutory requirements. Track and analyze project-specific costs to support budget adherence and financial planning. Collaborate with project managers and site teams to monitor and maintain healthy project cash flows. Prepare and organize documentation for internal and external audits to comply with IRAS and ACRA standards. Preferred competencies and qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance. Demonstrate excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail. Coordinate effectively with project directors and site teams to support financial operations.
