Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary You will manage quantity surveying tasks including assessing subcontractor claims, preparing payments and variation orders, and handling client submissions to support successful project delivery. Responsibilities Perform quantity take-offs to accurately measure materials and work scope for project cost control Assess subcontractors' claims and prepare interim payment applications and variation orders to ensure accurate financial tracking Execute additional duties assigned by management to support project and company objectives Required competencies and certifications Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or equivalent qualification Ability to work independently with meticulous attention to detail, analytical thinking, proactivity, teamwork, and meeting tight deadlines Willingness to be stationed at the project site office
