BIM Modeler (M&E)

Job Responsibilities: Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems. Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models using software such as Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD. Coordinate and integrate M&E services with architectural and structural models. Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues with project teams. Ensure models comply with project specifications, BIM standards, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and site teams for smooth project execution. Update and revise BIM models based on design changes and site feedback. Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant field. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in BIM modeling for M&E works. Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD. Knowledge of BIM processes, standards, and coordination workflows. Experience in construction or engineering projects is an advantage. Good teamwork and communication skills. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Navisworks for clash detection. Ability to read and interpret M&E drawings and specifications. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
