Organize and lead initial due diligence for target investment projects.
- Investment Planning & Risk Assessment
Develop comprehensive investment proposals including business plans, financial models, and risk mitigation strategies 4.Bid Support & Contract Negotiation Provide expert support during tendering processes for investment-related bids. 5.Post-Investment Management Monitor performance of invested projects; ensure alignment with KPIs and ROI targets. 1.Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Engineering Management 2.Language Skills:Fluent in English;Proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage 3.Deep understanding of project financing, bidding procedures, and project management methodologies. 4.Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in investment analysis, project development, or infrastructure finance
