Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description: Prepare and analyze cost comparison and manage project costs effectively Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate withsub-contractors and suppliers. Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off. Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments. Coordinate procurement related process between site team and HQ support. All other QS related job Job Requirements: Degree / Diploma in Engineering/Quantity Surveying/ConstructionManagement or its equivalent 5 years and above experience as QS in main-con companies Proven ability in contract negotiation, contract administration& variation orders Familiar with claim substantiation, cost impactassessment, delay analysis, and negotiation of claims under PSSCOC forms ofcontract Preferable experiences in large-scale Condominium/HDB projects. Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical withexcellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player & able tomeet tight deadlines
