Tender M&E Quantity Surveyor

Job Descriptions • Review of all tender documents, drawings, specifications, Employer's Requirements, conditions of contract, and relevant authorities' requirements. • Coordinate with internal departments, liaise and coordinate with tender managers, technical team, planning team, BIM team, engineers and consultants for tender preparation.

• Attend internal tender meeting and meeting with consultants.
• Prepare quantity take-offs.

• Source, obtain and evaluate quotations from subcontractors, suppliers and service providers including prepare quotation cost comparison, cost analysis, cost estimates.

• Assist the Lead Tender Quantity Surveyor in the preparation of pricing schedules, Bills of Quantities, cost breakdowns, tender estimates, and all commercial documents required for tender submissions.

• Maintain tender records, pricing databases, subcontractor databases and historical cost information. • Upon award, assist in tender handover to the project team, including briefing on pricing assumptions, risks and contractual obligations. • Carry out any other tendering, estimating, commercial or contractual duties necessary for the successful preparation and submission of tenders. • Reporting to Commercial / Contracts Manager. • Perform all duties in accordance with CCCC policies, processes, systems and procedures. • Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by superior. Job Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services or related disciplines. • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in M&E quantity surveying, tendering or contract administration. • Familiar with M&E systems including ACMV, Electrical, Fire Protection, Plumbing & Sanitary, ELV and associated building services works. • Experience in Data center, building, design-and-build, civil engineering, infrastructure or others public sector projects will be an advantage. • Prepare in tender experience. • Work Location: West Region
