Site Engineer cum PE Assignee

Job Description Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and project requirements. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and relevant authorities on technical and site matters. Monitor construction progress, quality and compliance with safety requirements. Review drawings, method statements, risk assessments and technical submissions. Conduct site inspections and coordinate testing, inspection and commissioning activities. Identify and resolve technical issues in coordination with the project team and consultants. Prepare site reports, progress updates and other relevant engineering documentation. Assist the Professional Engineer (PE) and undertake duties as the PE Assignee in accordance with project and regulatory requirements. Attend site and technical coordination meetings as required. Perform other duties assigned by the superior/ Construction Manager/ Project Manager. Job Requirement Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent recognised qualification. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil/infrastructure construction projects. Registered Resident Engineer (RE) certified with valid registration under the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES). Experience in LTA, MRT, railway, road, or other major infrastructure projects will be an advantage. Good knowledge of Singapore construction practices and statutory requirements. Strong communication and coordination skills. Able to work independently and as part of a project team. Able to start immediately or within a short notice period will be an advantage.
