Senior Planning Engineer

JD:

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, including baseline programme &Micro schedule establishment, progress tracking, and schedule control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Integrate and consolidate information from multiple stakeholders to ensure accurate and effective project planning and reporting.
• Analyze project data, identify schedule risks, critical path activities, and potential delays, and propose mitigation measures to support project objectives.
• Calculate and estimate the duration,manpower, equipment, and resource requirements for major construction activities.
• Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly progress reports and management presentations. Experience in using Power BI to develop project dashboards and visualize project data will be an added advantage.
• Utilize Microsoft office advanced skill to analyze project performance, monitor KPIs,and generate management reports.
• Prepare technical submissions and planning documents for tender submissions, including project schedules,methodologies, manpower histograms, and resource planning.
• Conduct site planning, monitor work progress, and coordinate with project teams to ensure works are executed according to the approved schedule.
• Prepare Extension of Time (EOT) claims,delay analysis, and supporting documentation.

Requirements:

• At least Diploma in civil engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years related experiences in the construction/LNG/Oil & Gas projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6.
• The work place is located at Jurong East aera.
