Handover Engineer

Your tasks

Manage the overall project handover process from Mechanical Completion (MC) through pre-commissioning, commissioning and final handover to the Client. Develop and implement project handover plans, procedures and schedules in accordance with contractual and Client requirements. Coordinate with Construction, Engineering, QA/QC and Commissioning teams to ensure timely system completion and turnover. Manage system walkdowns, punch list identification, tracking and closure to ensure handover readiness. Oversee the preparation, verification and submission of handover dossiers, as-built drawings, test reports, O&M manuals and completion certificates. Liaise with the Client (SLNG), consultants and project stakeholders on handover inspections, documentation and acceptance requirements. Monitor handover progress, identify potential delays and coordinate corrective actions. Ensure all handover deliverables meet project quality, safety and contractual requirements.

Requirements

• At least Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or LNG EPC projects, with proven experience in project handover or system completion management.
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical Completion, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and System Turnover processes.
• Experience in managing handover documentation, punch lists, completion certificates and Client acceptance procedures.
• Previous experience in LNG terminals or large-scale EPC projects is highly preferred.
