Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Quantity Surveyor (Tender)

Experience required;

• Minimum 4 years of working experience on civil engineering projects with Main contractor experience preferred
• Experience in government agency’s tender (LTA, PUB, JTC etc)
• Be meticulous, independent, highly motivated, result-oriented and a good team player
• Be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Sound knowledge of construction and excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
• Sound computer literacy for MS office.
• quantity taking offs, estimation, cost planning, sourcing sub-contractors
• Preparation of cost comparison analysis, negotiations with sub-contractors
• Preparation of tender submissions as required
• Getting involved in post-tender submission activities
• Updating repository for historical data after tender submission

Other quantity surveying related duties -Have experience of building and civil Projects will be a plus -Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Building or equipment
