Job Description:
- Responsible for Work Pass Management (application, issuance, renewal, cancellation, WIC/FWMI/PCP etc)
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of employee information in HRIS systems and personnel files.
- Responsible for HR operation administration matter, IT , stationary, maintenance service etc.
- Ad hoc admin task
Requirement:
- Diploma holder with 1-2 years relevant experience
- 5 day work week
- Available within short notice
