FLEET ENGINEER

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply! Job Responsibilities: Serve as the Engineer-in-Charge for comprehensive maintenance of a corporate client’s fleet of 200+ vehicles and equipment operating within Changi Airport .

Provide fleet engineering services, including reviewing and monitoring reliability, failure causes, asset condition , and initiating reliability improvements and updates to maintenance schedules and plans.

Conduct regular maintenance-related training and instructions for staff, covering vehicle systems, maintenance procedures, fault rectification, troubleshooting, and updates to technical documentation.

Develop and propose initiatives to digitalise maintenance services , such as: Digitisation of technical manuals for easy reference

Condition monitoring and preventive maintenance initiatives

Job Requirements: Preferably hold a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License

Holds an Engineering Degree or equivalent
