Your tasks
- Monitor Dressing plant operations and trigger corrective actions
- Ensure proper documentation is generated and submitted and analyze data properly
- Commit to dressing plant safety procedures
- Responsible for dressed poultry production output, product quality and on time delivery
- Coordinate with dressing plant personnel on optimum day to day checker operations to exceed our customers’ expectations.
- Get and check the live broiler delivery order from truckers
- Observe conditions of live birds upon arrival and note appropriate conditions on the receiving reports
- Report total heads net delivered, net weight of weighed live birds and dead on arrival to immediate head/superior
- Observe wet birds/ full crops and runts in deliveries of live birds
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be required by the superiors
Requirements
Qualifications/Requirements
- Vocational Graduate, College level or Graduate of any 4-yr course.
- Willing to work on night shift.
- Honest and keen to details.
- Possesses good moral character.
