Job Description:
- Attend to all phone calls/ walk ins/ email enquiries/ booking and confirmation of appointments/ sending out appointment reminders.
- Greetings and registrations of customer upon arrival.
- provide consultations to clients before and after their treatments.
- Retail working hours.
Job Requirement:
- Possess good experience to the above.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess customer service skills.
- Able to work retail hours and on weekends.
