Operations Supervisor

Your tasks

Main responsibilities Supervise and coordinate site operations.

Manage operational personnel and ensure the fulfillment of objectives.

Guarantee the safe handling of chemical products.

Provide attention and follow-up to client requirements.

Prepare periodic reports on site results, progress, and incidents.

Coordinate projects and implement improvement proposals to optimize processes, resources, and costs.

Requirements

Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related degree.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial operations supervision.

Knowledge in the handling and control of chemical products.

Experience in leadership and personnel administration.

Skills in client attention and follow-up.

Management of indicators (KPI) and preparation of operational reports.

Experience in project follow-up and continuous improvement.

Intermediate Excel skills.
