Site manager - with experience

We are looking for a Site Manager with experience in manufacturing and chemical product operations, team leadership, and strategic plant management, to direct and ensure the optimal functioning of our site, guaranteeing the fulfillment of safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives.

Main responsibilities

• Comprehensively lead site operations and ensure the fulfillment of established objectives.
• Develop and lead high-performance multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with KPI indicators for safety, quality, production, delivery, and costs.
• Implement continuous improvement and process optimization strategies.
• Efficiently manage human, material, and financial resources.
• Guarantee compliance with aerospace industry quality standards and requirements.
• Coordinate and follow up on internal and external audits.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and corporate teams.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and productivity improvement.
• Promote an organizational culture focused on safety, quality, operational discipline, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.

Requirements

• Industrial, Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related degree.
• Verifiable experience in Site Manager, Plant Manager, Operations Manager, or Operations Management positions.
• Experience in aerospace manufacturing or a highly regulated industry.
• Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
• Experience in budget, cost, and KPI administration.
• Knowledge of quality systems and standards applicable to the aerospace industry.
• Advanced English, indispensable for communication with clients and international teams.
• Availability to work on-site and attend to the operational needs of the site.

Location in the NORTH OF THE CITY.
