Due to the constant expansion of our market leader position and the Europe-wide expansion of our sales territory, we are looking for an Executive Assistant (m/f/d) as soon as possible within a hybrid working model (for a 5-day week: 2 days of mobile working, 3 days of presence at our location in Weeze).

Your Tasks

• Participation in digitalization projects and/or independent implementation of smaller measures
• Research and preliminary work on various trends and topics surrounding IT and digital business processes (analyses, evaluations, documentation, presentations)
• Support for IT management with organizational and administrative tasks in daily business
• Preparation of evaluations and statistics

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training in the commercial sector or in the IT environment
• Basic understanding of current and future digital business models
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Proactivity, willingness to help shape processes, as well as independent and structured working
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Good written and spoken English skills
