Dresden - 24 per week - Parttime

As a Salesperson at Cheese & More by Henri Willig in Dresden, you play an important role in welcoming international visitors and sharing the unique experience of premium Dutch cheese.

In this part-time position of 24 hours per week, you are responsible for advising customers, conducting tastings, and creating an inspiring store presentation. You will work in an enthusiastic team that has a passion for hospitality and customer experience. You will work on Saturdays and Sundays (12:00-18:00) supplemented by a number of flexible days/shifts during the week.

You have an active role in creating a unique shopping experience. These are your responsibilities:

• You proactively and enthusiastically advise customers about our premium cheeses.
• You present our assortment through storytelling and conduct tastings.
• You bring the cheese experience to life, both in the store and online via social media.
• You contribute to the appearance of the store by performing cleaning activities and other tasks.
• You restock shelves and are responsible for cashier work and preparing tasting tables.

In this role, we expect the following from you:

• A smile and enthusiasm for customer contact with storytelling!.
• Good command of English and German; other languages are a plus.
• You live in Dresden or within a 30-minute travel time.
• You are in good physical condition, as you will work with heavy crates of cheese.
• Experience in hospitality, tourism, or retail is a plus, but not a requirement.
