Your tasks
- Coordinate M&E works with architectural, structural and civil trades.
- Manage and control M&E subcontractors, vendors and specialists.
- Ensure works comply with approved drawings, method statements and specifications.
- Monitor daily site progress, quality and safety.
- Identify and resolve site coordination and technical issues.
- Conduct site inspections, testing and inspections with consultants and authorities.
- Review shop drawings, material submissions and method statements.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore codes and statutory requirements (BCA, SCDF, PUB, NEA, SP Group).
- Coordinate and oversee testing, commissioning and authority approvals.
- Prepare site records, inspection checklists and progress reports.
- Manage rectification works, defects and final handover.
- Support preparation of as-built drawings and O&M manuals.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Building Services recognized by the PE Board.
- Minimum 5 years M&E experience in large building or infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience in large-scale projects (arena, stadium, convention centre, airport, hospital preferred).
- Strong knowledge of ACMV / HVAC systems, Electrical & ELV systems, Fire protection systems, Plumbing & drainage and BMS integration.
- Able to read and coordinate M&E shop drawings and BIM models.
- Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills.
