SENIOR/ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Job Description Manage multiple electrical, ELV, and M&E subcontractors, including term/proprietary contractors, within a Hospital A&A project.

Plan, coordinate, and supervise diversion and decommissioning works related to the project scope (ELV systems including, but not limited to, Fire Alarm, Fireman Intercom, Building Management System (BMS), IT / Data Structured Cabling, Public Address (PA), and other specialized systems found within existing healthcare infrastructure).

Prepare and submit diversion proposals and presentations to obtain approval from stakeholders.

Oversee technical submissions, shop drawings, method statements, inspections, testing, and commissioning.

Conduct site surveys to verify existing conditions and ensure design feasibility.

Serve as the primary point of contact to report to user, client, and consultant on project matters pertaining to electrical, ELV, and operational issues.

Ensure all works comply with workplace safety, quality standards, and company procedures.

Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.

Perform any other tender or project-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum 10 years of relevant project experience for senior electrical role and minimum 5 years for electrical engineer role.
3. Experience in managing large-scale building, infrastructure, industrial, or M&E projects in Singapore.

1. Good knowledge of LV/ELV electrical systems and IT structured cabling.
2. Familiar with structured cabling, fibre-optic and copper cabling, MDF/IDF rooms, network racks, CCTV, access control, intercom, and other ELV systems.

1. Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.

1. Prior hospital project experience is preferred.
