Engineering and Maintenance Manager
An important company in the food sector is looking for an Engineering and Maintenance Manager to lead the area and guarantee the operational continuity of the plant.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead the maintenance team and coordinate the different shifts.
- Plan and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
- Manage suppliers, contractors, spare parts, and improvement projects.
- Ensure the functioning of the facilities and industrial services.
- Monitor indicators and promote process improvements.
- Work together with the different areas of the organization.
Requirements
- Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in Maintenance Management positions, food industry.
- Experience leading large teams and coordinating supervisors.
- Knowledge of PLC Siemens and Allen Bradley.
- Knowledge of refrigeration facilities and industrial services.
- Experience in contractor and supplier management.
- Knowledge of BPM and HACCP.
- Proficiency in Office and AutoCAD.
- Intermediate English.
- Own vehicle.
Full-time availability, Monday to Saturdays.
