We?re hiring *Baristas* to join our Castlemore team in Markham.

Store Location:

• 9850 Markham Rd, Unit 4, Markham ON L6E0H7

Key Qualifications:

• Food & Beverage experience considered an asset
• Food Handler Certification is required
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Enjoys working independently and in a team setting
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated, organized and excels under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work flexible hours including morning, late nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service for all patrons;
• Prepare drinks, teas, and toppings;
• Routine cleaning, dish-washing, maintenance;
• Operate the Point of Sale and safely handle cash;
• Communicate and work effectively in a team environment;
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following company standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Perform various cafe duties as required.
• Coordinate and provide flexible availability.

Operating Hours & Availability:

• Full time: 40 hours a week, weekends and holiday required
• Part time: 25 hours a week, weekends and holiday required
• Opening shifts can be starting as early as 9:00am. Closing shifts can be ending at 1am.
