As part of the Inside experience, Chateauform has been entrusted with the operation of an establishment: The Deloitte University EMEA (DU EMEA).
This University, located in Bailly-Romainvilliers (77), has 260 rooms and can host up to 500 participants daily across 22,000 m² dedicated to the learning and training of Deloitte employees.

Your future profession Make F&B a highlight of the customer experience. As a server, you contribute directly to the experience of Deloitte participants / delegates in all areas of the University. You welcome participants, seat them, explain how the different venues work, ensure the smooth running of services, and guarantee the cleanliness, restocking, and proper presentation of the spaces. Working closely with the bar, the kitchen, and your F&B leaders, you offer a fluid, warm, and international experience.
- Welcome & customer experience
Welcome participants with a smile and kindness in the various F&B spaces.
Accompany guests to their tables at the Marché du Chef and explain how the service works (buffets, plated service, drinks, timings, circulation...).
Present the venues (Town Square, Café, Mini Market, AGORA, terrace) and direct delegates according to their needs and timing.
Answer questions (special diets, allergens, timing...) and relay to F&B leaders if necessary.
- Service & preparation of spaces
Prepare, set up, and clear the Marché du Chef and its terrace (buffets, plated dinners, barbecues, outdoor events).
Ensure service: cleanliness of tables and buffets, restocking, replacing dishes, clearing, and resetting with discretion.
Set up and restock the offering at Town Square (aperitifs, bar) and at the Café (breaks: coffee, tea, juice bar, homemade & healthy offering).
Ensure the cleanliness and restocking of pantries and the Mini Market (24/7 offering for delegates).
Participate in the preparation and service of AGORA events (plated dinners, cocktail dinners).
Organize clearing, sort and store dishes and equipment, report breakage, and guarantee a fluid and safe flow.
- Digital tools & customer information
Use the Easylis software to print food labels (ingredients, allergens).
Verify the correct setup, readability, and compliance of information for participants.
- Teamwork & communication
Work in collaboration with other servers, the bar, the kitchen, and F&B leaders.
Participate in briefings and debriefings to prepare for services and events.
Quickly report important information (incidents, customer needs, product shortages, ideas for improvement).
- Hygiene, safety & eco-responsibility
Respect hygiene rules, food safety, and internal procedures (HACCP principles).
Maintain impeccable cleanliness of workstations, customer areas, and back office.
Permanently wear compliant professional attire: uniform, badge, non-slip PPE shoes, neat presentation.
Adopt correct movements and postures, respect instructions for using equipment and cleaning products.
Contribute to inventories, monitoring consumption and shortages.
Participate in the eco-responsible approach: limit waste, sort waste, manage products reasonably.

You communicate clearly with your colleagues and your leaders and know how to ask for help or clarification if necessary.
You work with an international clientele and have a good level of English, both orally and for all common information related to the service.
