For the restaurant La Source, which offers seasonal cuisine inspired by the brasserie spirit, we are looking for an experienced Chef de Rang wishing to join a passionate team committed to excellence in service.
As a Chef de Rang, you are a true ambassador of the customer experience. Through your professionalism and sense of hospitality, you contribute to creating a unique moment for every guest.***Ensure the mise en place and organization of your station
- Welcome and assist customers with elegance and attention
- Advise guests on the menu and daily suggestions
- Guarantee fluid, precise, and warm service
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service
- Work in close collaboration with the dining room and kitchen teams
- Participate in maintaining the establishment's standards of excellence
We are looking for professionals passionate about hospitality and quality service.***Proven experience in catering (ideally in a high-end establishment or quality brasserie)
