Kitchen Assistant

Responsibilities:

Review and confirm daily orders

• Prepare production information and order stickers

Measure and portion ingredients for the morning production team Prepare and organize ingredients and the kitchen for the next day’s production Monitor inventory and stock levels Purchase and replenish ingredients when required Receive and organize supplies Keep accurate records of stock and kitchen expenses Support general food preparation and kitchen operations Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and organization

Requirements:

Gender: Female Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen, food business, restaurant, or similar environment SSCE or equivalent Must be able to read, write, and count accurately Good basic numeracy and record-keeping skills Good organization and attention to detail Comfortable handling inventory and stock Able to follow instructions and prepare items accurately Neat, hygienic and responsible Candidate will resume from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m Good physical stamina Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks Basic computer/Google Sheets skills are an advantage Candidate must live within these areas or can reliably commute to the kitchen within approximately 30 minutes

Location: Yaba and environs: Bariga, Yaba, Palm Grove, Alagomeji, Adekunle, Ebute Meta, and Ewaya.
