WSH Coordinator / EHS Coordinator (Process Engineering / Inhouse Role / Joo Koon)
Your tasks
About the Role We are looking for an experienced WSH Coordinator to oversee workplace safety and health compliance across worksites, workshops, and company premises. You will be responsible for ensuring safe working practices, conducting inspections, and maintaining compliance with Singapore WSH regulations.
- Conduct workplace safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
- Review Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), Method Statements (MS), and Permit-to-Work (PTW).
- Monitor workplace safety practices, risk control measures, and PPE compliance.
- Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and emergency drills.
- Investigate workplace incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain HSEQ documentation, safety records, and monthly reports.
- Liaise with contractors, site personnel, and management on safety matters.
- Support internal and external safety audits and ensure compliance with Singapore WSH regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant WSH experience, preferably in engineering or industrial environments.
- Must possess Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health (Level B).
- Must possess Work-at-Height certification.
- Registered WSH Coordinator preferred.
- Additional certifications in Confined Space, Lifting Operations, or First Aid will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations and workplace safety practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
