About the company
Our client is a leading organisation within the insurance and financial services sector, seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their Product Delivery team on a 1-year contract.
Your tasks
This role will be responsible for supporting end-to-end product delivery and launch activities, working closely with business, technology and operations stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the required quality standards.
- Gather and analyse business requirements, liaise with stakeholders, identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance business efficiency.
- Translate and review business requirements into comprehensive UAT test scenarios, test conditions and expected results.
- Manage end-to-end UAT planning, execution, coordination and sign-off, ensuring proper documentation.
- Develop, review and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training materials and user guides.
- Document business requirements, solution designs and business rules, ensuring clarity, accuracy and completeness.
Requirements
- Prior experience within the insurance or banking industry is highly preferred.
- Experience in managing or supporting product launches or business projects will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Good project coordination and organisational skills.
- Confident communicator with the ability to work effectively with business and technology stakeholders.
