Your Responsibilities Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and kitchen standards

Ensure consistent food quality, taste and presentation

Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards

Support daily kitchen operations and food preparation

Guide and support junior kitchen team members when required

What We’re Looking For Relevant professional kitchen experience

Experience in Western and/or Spanish cuisine preferred

Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene

Passionate about cooking with a positive and hands-on attitude

Willing to work rotating/ split shifts, weekends and public holidays
