Your tasks
✅ Welcome customers and take orders professionally ✅ Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages according to café standards ✅ Serve food and drinks accurately and efficiently ✅ Share product knowledge and recommend suitable menu items ✅ Operate and maintain coffee machines and café equipment ✅ Monitor stock levels and replenish supplies when required ✅ Maintain cleanliness and uphold food safety standards
Requirements
- Experience in F&B, retail, or customer service is an advantage
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team player who is willing to learn and grow
- Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
